1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to any address worldwide. However, we can’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in. There’s no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can’t ship to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.
Shipping Times Estimate
Shipping time estimates will be shown on the cart page and checkout page along with the shipping cost. Estimate time is in business days after payment is fully processed.

Shipping time may also take longer during holidays and festive seasons. We are doing our best to quickly and safely process and ship out your order. The earlier you make your order, the faster we get it shipped to you.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You will be able to track your order after it has been finalised (completed) on the Orders Tracking page. All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. Time stated is based on Central African Time (GMT+2). This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Deliveries
For all local and international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
All our products are priced including tax. This means that you will not need to pay any additional taxes or hidden fees at Checkout. Our goal is to be transparent with our pricing and avoid charging any hidden fees. However, for some countries, you might need to pay for import taxes, duties or tariffs as per country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
4. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards at this time. However, we are working on adding more payment options in future.
