Description
Inspired by one of the titles of our Father, YAHUAH.
YAHUAH Nissi. Nissi is the Hebrew word for banner.
We can find this in;
And Mosheh (Moses) built an altar and called its name, YAHUAH Nissi,
for he said, “Because a hand is on the throne of YAH, YAHUAH is to fight against Amaleq from generation to generation.” Exodus17:15-16
As you read the whole chapter, you learn that YAHUAH fought their battles and defended them. So in context, the word banner describes a flag or cloth that identifies the one or the group carrying it.
It is known throughout history that armies or nations going to war would use a banner to help the soldiers identify their own leaders. In addition to this, the victorious army would raise their banner to symbolize their victory.
So in this regard, YAHUAH is our banner, meaning that HE is our Leader and Champion who leads us to victory. HalleluYAH.
